Responsibilities: Provide focused, one-on-one support to students, ensuring they receive the attention they need to succeed. Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual student's learning style. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where the student feels valued and supported. Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to boost their confidence and motivation. Support the student during break times and extracurricular activities, promoting social skills and interactions. Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment conducive to personal and academic growth. Requirements: Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. SEN experience is required. Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and effective support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
