* £25,000 - £29,000
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Drafting and preparing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
* Conducting property searches and assisting with reporting, depending on experience
* Submitting and managing Land Registry applications
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle
Required skills and experience:
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Ability to manage transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support solicitors and fee earners to ensure seamless progression of matters
