A leading international law firm is expanding its Employment practice and is seeking experienced Employment Associates (2–7 years PQE) to join its team in Leeds.

The team acts as a trusted adviser to a wide range of FTSE-listed companies and global organisations, providing strategic legal counsel on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
With over 60 employment lawyers across the UK, the firm offers excellent opportunities for collaboration, career development, and exposure to high-profile matters, including business change projects, employment litigation, corporate transactions, and international advisory work.
Work Highlights
* Handling complex tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
* Advising on cross-border employment matters, global mobility, and consultation processes.
* Working on executive-level employment issues such as board-level exits, compensation, and restrictive covenants.
* Supporting corporate transactions with TUPE advice and strategic employment input.
* Engaging with clients on strategic HR initiatives including gender pay gap analysis, reward projects, and organisational restructures.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates with:
* A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law gained at a commercial law firm.
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law issues.
* A proactive, commercially minded, and client-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support cross-office initiatives.
