The Opportunity
* Lead and oversee the daily operations of a motivated Residential Property team
* Manage a mixed caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Deliver high-quality legal services to clients across the full conveyancing process
* Maintain and enhance CQS compliance and best practice standards
* Provide guidance, supervision and mentorship to junior team members
What You'll Bring
* Solid PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong working knowledge of CQS protocols and compliance procedures
* Proven ability to manage, support, or mentor a small team
* Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
