Job Description
Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services within our Maintenance Division. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily coordination, ensure works are scheduled efficiently, and play a key role in keeping our projects running effectively and our clients well supported.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Raising new maintenance jobs and ensuring all details are accurately entered into the system
2. Scheduling survey appointments and coordinating access with tenants, clients, and operatives
3. Carrying out initial site surveys where required and capturing all relevant information
4. Updating the client portal regularly and arranging appointments with other contractors as needed
5. Preparing and submitting scopes of work, photos, and supporting information
6. Providing material specifications and information to clients when requested
