Executive Assistant – Sales

Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant to Sales, you will provide high‑level support to the Head of Sales (Field & National) and the wider Sales Leadership team. Your organisation and proactive approach will enable senior leaders to focus on strategy and delivery, strengthening collaboration across the sales function.
Responsibilities
* Full diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple time zones and priorities.
* Inbox management, including monitoring, flagging, and drafting responses where appropriate.
* Preparation of documents, decks, briefing packs and reports ahead of key meetings.
* Support with expense management and approval.
* Assist with client meeting preparation, ensuring all background materials and data are collated and presented.
* Coordinate travel logistics and accommodation for sales leaders and the wider sales team.
* Organise and minute leadership and team meetings, ensuring timely follow‑up on agreed actions.
* Support with the preparation and collation of 1‑to‑1s and competency check documentation.
* Coordinate internal and external sales events, conferences and customer hospitality.
* Manage stock for showrooms, promotional materials and event giveaways.
* Provide deal support, including coordination of approvals, agreements and supporting materials.
* Handle all administrative tasks such as processing fines/tickets, correspondence and ad‑hoc assignments.
What You Will Need
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Administrator or similar role, supporting two leaders.
* IT proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM/ERP systems.
* Familiarity with travel booking systems is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret data and information and translate into meaningful written or visual content.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
* Adaptability to change and effectiveness as part of a team.
