This role is ideal for an experienced Head of Geography seeking a new challenge, or a high-performing Geography teacher ready to step up into middle leadership.

The Role | Head of Geography
* Lead and develop the Geography department across KS3-KS5
* Shape and deliver a rigorous, engaging Geography curriculum
* Line-manage and mentor Geography staff
* Monitor pupil progress and drive high standards of teaching and learning
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and strategic development
The Ideal Candidate | Head of Geography
Essential Criteria
* PGCE (Secondary) in Geography with QTS
* Strong subject knowledge across Physical and Human Geography
* Proven track record of excellent classroom practice
Leadership Experience
* Either:
o Current Head of Geography seeking a move, or
o An ambitious Geography teacher ready to step up into a first Head of Department role
