Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in promoting the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised, compassionate care tailored to individual needs
Assisting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Offering companionship and encouraging participation in light, meaningful activities
Supporting mobility and ensuring residents’ physical comfort and safety
Helping maintain a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
Providing calm, consistent, and reassuring support each day
About You
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
