About this role
Working as part of the close-knit Office Management Team on a wide range of tasks supporting the Kudos team. We are looking for someone who is immediately available to fill this role. You don’t need to have much runner experience (although it would be an advantage) but we do need someone with bundles of enthusiasm and initiative!
Duties
* Opening and closing of Amwell Street office
* Answering all incoming calls
* Greeting clients
* Offering clients drinks on arrival and in meetings
* Maintaining database for off-site storage, ordering pick ups
* Setting up of all meetings as well as clearing the meeting rooms
* Keep the kitchen both stocked and tidy of everything required
* Restocking the bathrooms
* Post, both distributing and collecting ready for scanning
* Distributing internal mail
* Recycling bins to always be checked and emptied
* Dealing with confidential waste on a weekly basis
* Replenishing the stationery cupboard, maintaining stock levels and order new items
* Managing photocopiers and ensuring well stocked of paper
* General tidiness of the floor- reception area
* Take on any additional requests from the team
* Develop a good working knowledge of Kudos output and talent attached
* Book taxis couriers national and international
* Update phone lists, birthday lists and contact details for staff
* Book all meeting rooms
* Reply to emails, speculative applications, questions etc.
* Monthly Expenditure
* Sign off all taxi and courier bookings
* Make sure all monthly subscriptions are renewed
This is not an exhaustive list and from time to time you will be expected to help with any ad hoc duties that may reasonably be required of you and any reasonable request from your line manager for the benefit of clients or the company.
Knowledge & Skills
* An aptitude to forge good relationships with colleagues, whether internal or external
* Energetic, flexible, efficient, hard-working, and committed.
* A highly organised and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritise workload.
* A self-starter who is comfortable working on their own initiative.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Prior experience of Aviva Telephone system is desirable but successful candidate will be trained on this
