Salary: £36,309 - £47,104 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Contractual hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Full Time, Permanent

An opportunity has become available for an individual with excellent communication skills and commitment to excellent customer care to join C-urb's Compliance and Delivery team. Accomplished administrative skills and problem-solving approach are essential to the role of Compliance Team Leader in order to train, motivate and support team members to deliver contractually required service obligations, policies and procedures, and achieve performance targets and objectives.

C-urb is a partner company of Link Group and provides high quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance services to Link tenants and other customers in Scotland's Central Belt. In addition, we also deliver a range of planned and cyclical maintenance activities.

About You: As Compliance Team Leader you will have an understanding of legislation relating to domestic gas heating servicing, EICR, LD2 & PAT, as well as a customer focused approach, effective planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems quickly and implement effective solutions.

You will be educated to a National 5 level in English and Maths, however, an HNC level or equivalent in a relevant area is desirable for this role.

Demonstrable Line manager experience is advantageous, as you will be responsible for managing the planner and administrators responsible for ensuring systems and compliance standards remain robust and delivered within their respective anniversary cycles. An ability to produce detailed and concise reports containing statistical data is integral.
