You’ll be joining a leading market‑research organisation based in Central London, working within a high‑performing finance team. The business is currently undergoing a systems migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, creating additional project work and a short‑term need for strong analytical support. You’ll be part of an established, collaborative environment with a strong reputation for developing early‑career finance professionals.
Your new role
As a Finance Analyst, you will support themissions and revenue team during a busy period of system change and backlog clearance. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Collecting, validating and analysing sales andmission data
2. Posting journals and ensuring accuracy across ERP systems
3. Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, linking spreadsheets, margin analysis)
4. Working with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Excel to monitor sales activity
5. Supporting the wider finance team with revenue analysis and month‑end tasks
6. Working onsite 2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursday)
This is a 2‑month contract starting ASAP, with a strong chance of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
7. 1–2 years’ experience in a finance, data or analytical role (graduates considered)
8. Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data linking, journal posting
9. Experience withmissions, revenue data or ERP systems (Dynamics/NetSuite ideal)
10. Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling large data sets
11. Background in legal, financial services, or similar analytical environments is beneficial
12. Ability to start immediately andmit for the full contract duration
