A dynamic and growing organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager (Projects) to join their Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of key commercial and operational sales functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct the external commercial function as a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team on site. Manage the full bid process including negotiating contractual, commercial, and technical terms. Oversee expediting and delivery of all sales orders, working closely with operations team members on quotation and invoicing. Build and maintain strong relationships with Director-level decision-makers to position the organization as the supplier of choice in its target markets. Collaborate across business functions to implement commercial and operational processes that support business growth and profit goals. About You: Engineering qualifications or experience. Proven experience negotiating large project tenders and operating at senior commercial management level. Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of setting objectives, leading teams, and fostering development. This role will require some tough leadership. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to drive on-time and full delivery meeting sales and production targets. Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
