What you’ll do:
* Work within the Customer & Loyalty Analytics team, supporting Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat, and Tu.
* Use your analytical skills to solve business problems and recommend solutions.
* Lead projects, develop stakeholder relationships, and gather requirements collaboratively.
* Create high-quality, accurate insights and tell compelling data stories.
What you need:
* A strong numerical background, with a degree in mathematics, statistics, or related fields, or relevant experience.
* Proficiency in SQL is essential; experience with Python or R is a plus.
* Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business change.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex data simply.
* Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to partner effectively with business teams and demonstrate commercial acumen.
