It is what drives and unites us across the globe.About the Role: The Director of Global Compensation will have ownership and responsibility for our global compensation strategy and execution. Leveraging your compensation expertise and significant corporate leadership experience (especially in a matrixed, multinational company), you’ll be a key member of the Human Resources team. You’ll work closely with the HR Leadership team, while partnering directly with Sitecore business leaders and HR both locally and across the globe to provide functional expertise, creative compensation solutions, flexible pay strategies, market intelligence, and analytics for informed decision-making. An expert at managing complex relationships in a high-growth enterprise technology environment, you’ll be at the forefront of motivational initiatives worldwide and a key driver in rewarding success in innovative ways. You’ll need a strong eye for detail, impeccable timing and communication skills, and an innovative and strategic mindset.What You’ll Do:Drive continuous improvement to build and develop highly efficient compensation processesDeliver compensation support to foster a high-performance culture at Sitecore that attracts and retains top talentPartner with business leaders, educating them about the tools compensation enables, including understanding our total reward structure composed of compensation plans, policies, and initiativesDesign, administer, and communicate Sitecore’s compensation plans, benefit plans, and reward programsPartner with Operations and HRIS teams to ensure correct benchmarking, titles, and career levels are accurately reflected in the Workday systemEnsure consistent application of our pay philosophy, align with market competitiveness, and promote a pay-for-performance cultureBuild and develop the compensation team’s capabilitiesCreate and implement compensation strategies aligned with business growthUnderstand business problems, assess compensation implications, and develop strategies to mobilize resources effectivelyWhat You Need to Succeed:5+ years of experience managing the Compensation functionExperience in a matrixed, medium to large, multinational companyAbility to assert a strong stance on compensation mattersTrusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Senior LeadershipAdditional Skills That Could Set You Apart:Experience working for a growth-oriented Cloud/SaaS companyExperience managing equity plansWhy you should click ‘Apply’:Growth!
