Key duties KPI & Reporting
1. Daily chasing of CTS WIP, with external suppliers, with system updates on time to completion
2. Weekly completion of the WIP report and WIP comparison report for the CTS
3. Completion of CTS VOR reporting
4. Weekly production of exception report showing missed services, along with distribution to relevant technical maintenance controller
5. Managing assigned KPI’s and action accordingly.

Participate as a member of the Fleet desk team

6. Be an active team member responsible for answering fleet desk calls and directing or acting on the call accordingly.
7. Assist with resolution of invoice queries allocated via the query process to the fleet area
8. Assist satellite workshops & mobile engineers with Fleetwave issues/queries
9. To support the technical service administrator when required

Management & support of the CTS fleet

10. Run legal servicing reports, validate information based on current Fleetwave data and arrange bookings for CTS service events
11. Liaise with CTS customers and third-party repairers to book vehicles in for services, including resolution of method of delivering / collecting the vehicles
12. Accurate and timely entry of CTS jobs on Fleetwave
13. Ensure vehicles remain compliant at all times; chase and update WIP of the CTS service events and update Fleetwave with the information from the suppliers, updating the customer accordingly.
14. Chasing and checking of compliance paperwork from suppliers, uploading the paperwork to Fleetwave in a timely manner.
15. Escalation of issues arising from service paperwork to necessary suppliers.
16. Creation of defect jobs, triggered by customers, enabling a date and time stamp to be recorded against the defect
17. Processing of CTS tyre requests, adding the detail jobs to Fleetwave, reviewing reports and obtaining recharges
18. Monitor and action accordingly from the CTS daily movements the cancelling of service events
CTS Supplier Management
19. Monitor and action accordingly from the CTS daily movements the maintenance solution for the hired vehicle, sourcing a maintenance provider, proactively liaising with the supplier to pre-empt the next service required.
20. Proactively establish a network of maintenance providers to be detailed, setting up and negotiating supplier accounts and rates.

About You

Skills
21. Good work organisation
22. Excellent telephone manner
23. IT literate with experience of using outlook, excel and word
24. Ability to work unsupervised and at own initiative
25. Able to prioritise own workload
26. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
27. Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changing business needs
Qualifications and Experience Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a commercial vehicle facility.
Working Hours 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - office based role. 8:30am - 5:30pm
