The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:
* Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning through EYFS
* Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
* Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
* Support all children, including those with SEND
* Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
* Build strong relationships with parents
* Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation

What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
* You’re great at creating engaging learning experiences
* You’ve got experience with EYFS and ideally Famly
* You’re proactive, organised, and full of positive energy
* You enjoy working with children and being part of a team
* You can handle a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
* You’re fun
* You’re reliable, hard‑working, and genuinely care
