Main Responsibilities
8. Successfully planning and managing Branch Customer Schedules
9. Onboarding and maintaining customers delivery requirements
10. Implementing company policy and procedure changes
11. Successfully landing company system changes positively
12. Work with the Delivery Planning Supervisors to find continual improvement
13. Key KPI’s, including delivery on-time
14. Liaising with BC teams and other colleagues
15. Support a culture which recognises the right behaviours and makes Booker ‘A Place to Get On’.
You will need
16. Planning experience is not essential as full training will be provided
17. Positive in nature, and driven to exceed expectations
18. Continuous improvement outlook
19. Excellent communication skills to be able to provide timely updates, highlighting barriers to success
20. Be a good team player with a flexible working attitude
