About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to partner with senior leadership in transforming a large customer contact function. This is a highly visible role, perfect for a strategic thinker who enjoys shaping the future of a team and driving real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with the Director to develop and deliver a forward-looking strategy for the customer contact function
* Shape the operating model, recruitment plans, and technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey and reduce unnecessary contact
* Influence and support team leaders to adopt a more strategic approach
* Contribute to business analysis, performance reporting, and change management activities

* Strong experience in project/change leadership and stakeholder management
* Demonstrable strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
* Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
