Your Mission at Elis
1. To ensure that the company operates in line with all legal requirements including Health & Safety and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements at all times.
2. To ensure that the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
3. Ensure that department tasks are conducted correctly and on time.
4. Manage debt and retention in accordance with commercial terms.
5. Achieve target daily calls to customers and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Produce reports for Country Unit Credit Control.
7. Develop, implement and maintain guidelines for internal/external customer relations in the Credit Control department.
