You'll work closely with colleagues across the business and with external suppliers, helping ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively and in line with best practice. * Supporting supplier relationships and contract administration, including assisting with negotiations where required.
* Tracking procurement spend and supporting reporting and costsaving initiatives.
* Providing operational support for fleet activities, including maintenance coordination, compliance checks and usage analysis.
* Supporting stores operations as needed, including occasional onsite support at the Sidcup Stores.
* Working closely with finance, operational teams and suppliers to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly.
A typical week might include liaising with suppliers, supporting fleet compliance checks, assisting in the stores, updating procurement records and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
Who we are looking for
Were looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience in a procurement environment and a practical, problem-solving approach.
Experience in fleet management and/or stores operations would be an advantage, but its not essential.
You will also bring:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
* A collaborative mindset, balanced with the confidence to work independently.
* A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel occasionally between sites.
If you enjoy variety, teamwork and making a tangible difference across operations, wed love to hear from you.
