To lead the Fleet Administration team, delivering accurate, timely, and compliant policy administration in a fast, friendly, and flexible manner. This role is pivotal in strengthening KGM’s reputation within the fleet market by fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus, while ensuring the department consistently meets service standards and supports overall business success. Main Responsibilities: To build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships within the team and our broking partners. Work closely with Underwriters to ensure any changes in Underwriting appetite are accurately communicated and implemented within the team. Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure consistent and accurate policy administration To lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews, while anticipating potential team growth Oversee training and development for all team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Identify and implement process improvements within the Fleet Administration team to enhance productivity and service delivery. Conduct regular quality audits on processed work to maintain accuracy and compliance standards. Monitor and report on SLAs daily, ensuring targets are met and service standards maintained. Resolve operational enquiries from other departments within the company. Participate in ad hoc duties and projects as required to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department.
