* Blow away retail targets – total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold.
* Be the Shoe Guru – act as our official shoe ambassador and help achieve departmental greatness.
* Rock the Brand – embody Skechers’ style and standards while following our training guidelines.
* Deliver Amazing Customer Service – provide top‑notch assistance to every shopper.
