* Adhere to company service standards to consistently meet customer satisfaction goals
* Communicate politely and clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate services
* Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and a positive work environment
* Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet customer demand
