Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Review the care needs of existing customers
* Manage the ongoing relationship with our customers
* Ensure our high-quality standards are upheld
* Work alongside relatives and local healthcare professionals to ensure customers receive an outstanding service
* Community engagement activities
* Some on-call duties

Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fantastic customer service, both in your written and oral communication
* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
* Be a real team player
* Positive attitude and the drive to succeed
