FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Core Hours Monday - Friday
08:00 am - 16:30 pm
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Field Service Team at our clients growing business that specialises in automated storage retrieval, Lean-Lift and Rotamat systems.
You will need to be a confident Electrically Bias Engineer with hands on experience with mechanical engineering as you will be heavily involved in the assembly of the systems while supporting the experienced installation team alongside servicing and responding to breakdowns.
Joining this forward thinking business that delivers cutting edge storage into warehouses, medical facilities, automotive industry to name a few you will receive full training with additional training at the manufacturing facility in Germany.
Key Responsibilities for a Field Service Engineer
* Annual Servicing and Routine Maintenance
* System updates
* Responding to Breakdowns
* Support and Product Training
* Record and submit service reports accurately
* Support Installation team until fully trained
* Inspections of Hanel Storage Systems
* Flexibility to work Regionally and Nationally on occasion.
