Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Reading
Pay: £90.00 – £105.00 per day

Location: Reading (strong transport connections)
We are a supportive and inclusive specialist school in Reading seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor who will support pupils with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs. The role involves:
* Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support
* Assisting pupils with emotional regulation strategies
* Encouraging positive engagement in lessons and school activities
* Supporting pastoral and wellbeing initiatives
* Working closely with teachers and support staff
The successful candidate will be resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. A first degree is required. Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is advantageous but not essential.
