We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide seamless, high-impact support to our CEO & Founder. Working for a successful scale-up, this is much more than your traditional EA role. Alongside world-class executive support, you will provide structured, strategic coordination to improve prioritisation, follow-through and senior leadership delivery. This is ideal for a highly capable EA who enjoys operating at pace, thrives in ambiguity and wants exposure to selective Chief-of-Staff-style responsibilities, without full COS ownership. You will sit at the centre of the business, protecting executive time, driving alignment and ensuring momentum across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Diary Management & Executive Time Optimisation
Proactively manage a busy and constantly shifting diary

Meeting Preparation & Executive Readiness

\tTrack decisions, actions and accountability

\tEnsure CEO and SLT are consistently well-prepared for internal and external engagements

Strategic Coordination & Project Support

\tSupport prioritisation of key business initiatives

\tInterpret commercial and financial data and present clearly

\tDrive alignment across senior stakeholders

\tImprove workflow, follow-through and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

\tProven experience supporting C-suite in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up

\tStrong commercial awareness and comfort interpreting financial data
