Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent
£25,000-£32,000 depending on experience
Our client is considering candidates seeking a 3, 4, or 5-day week, offering flexibility to suit childcare, study, or work-life balance preferences. This role may appeal to those new to practice payroll but with relevant payroll experience (end-to-end preferred but not essential). You will join a busy Payroll Bureau, providing comprehensive payroll and pension services for a range of clients, from sole traders to larger companies.
You will collaborate with colleagues and senior members across different businesses, managing various pay cycles and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing accurate payroll records, ensuring timely payments via payroll software, complying with HMRC legislation (including RTI and Auto Enrolment), processing BACS payments, and meeting chargeable hours and recovery targets.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and have at least 6 months of payroll experience. Training will be provided to support your transition into practice payroll.
