What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for this position
* Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to the school’s rural location)
* A passion for Mathematics and the ability to engage learners of all abilities
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A proactive, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching
