This is a hybrid role with some time each week at our head office in central Lancashire.
You'll work with 3-5 key clients to develop and run their online campaigns and will be part of a tight-knit team of 12 digital experts. In some cases, you'll collaborate with colleagues on projects or campaigns.
As a senior member of the digital marketing campaigns, you'll also facilitate workshops with clients, advise on website performance, get involved in some new contract pitches, and retainer growth in general.
You will also help clients or prospects build their digital strategies (being a 25-year-old agency, we have great tools, slides and models for these) before hands-on work to get campaigns running and working.
About your clients
They are typically in B2B sectors, such as service (e.g. financial services, property, legal) or manufacturing businesses. Generally, with a marketing contact or team in-house who we work closely with.
They hire Bespoke for better results and outcomes from their digital marketing and website.
You'll get to know them personally. We work closely with clients and build great long-term relationships with them. Clients generally stay with us for many years. Some have been with us for 10, 15 or 20 years.

Some useful tools are Hotjar, Ahrefs, Unbounce, Google Analytics, and Hubspot.
If you aren't familiar with some of these, training is signposted for new staff.
Some of these skills can be easily learned at home before joining, and some can be learned during the initial onboarding period after joining.

£32k—£40k is a typical range for this type of role, but applications above or below are welcome.
