We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations for a leading telecom client in the UK. This role offers hands-on architecture, leadership, and strategic design responsibilities in a complex multi-system environment.
You will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design
Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce implementation programs
Lead technical and functional design workshops covering architecture, security, integrations, performance, and infrastructure
Define enterprise Salesforce architecture and integration strategy
Design scalable solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Development & Customization
Architect and build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Angular, React
Design APIs and integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Middleware
Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration activities
Leadership & Delivery
Mentor and guide diverse global teams including offshore and client teams
Act as Build Master and ensure coding standards and DevOps governance
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance best practices
Essential Skills & ExperienceMust-Have
8+ years in Salesforce with 3+ years as Solution Architect
Strong Salesforce Solution Design & Architecture expertise
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations
Strong integration architecture experience (Enterprise system integrations)
Experience leading multi-team delivery and stakeholder management
Good-to-Have
Telecom domain experience
DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Git, Jenkins)
Cloud architecture exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce PD1 / PD2
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
