The Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development professional to join our busy Talent and Skills team.
The role involves employing the whole learning cycle to deliver a range of organisation‑wide, strategic training programmes.
We are looking for someone who can project manage and lead on the delivery of high‑quality, engaging learning and training, including induction, leadership and management development, personal, digital and museum‑specific skills.
The role also involves acting as a Learning and Development Advisor on a range of L&D solutions such as coaching and other options.
