Responsibilities
* Collate and record clinical information of the Neonatal unit onto the neonatal clinical information system (BadgerNet) in a timely and accurate manner.
* Generate reports relating to data held within BadgerNet after training in its use.
* Ensure all activity on the Neonatal Unit, post-natal ward and Transitional Care wards is captured and up to date on the BadgerNet system.
* Work independently in accordance with department requirements with the support of the nursing and medical team, while being responsible for achieving the expected standards of own work.
* Support nursing and medical teams to ensure data is collected and reported on in a timely and accurate manner, facilitating real‑time data from admission through to discharge.
* Assist in efficient and comprehensive data collection for audit and research purposes, meeting the Neonatal Service needs in accordance with trust policy.
