McDonald’s Crew Members provide a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves preparing food, serving at the till, and assisting in dining areas to ensure a great customer experience. You will work as part of a team to deliver quality service and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.

Benefits and Compensation
Benefits package includes: holiday pay, meal allowance, employee discounts from top brands, and more. If you work overnights (midnight to 5am), you’ll earn extra pay. All team members, including hourly-paid workers, earn above the national minimum wage. A range of benefits includes holiday and sick pay and discounts at over 1,600 retailers.
Shifts and Dress Code
Restaurant hours vary by location; many locations operate 24 hours. Shifts are scheduled to suit you while respecting business needs and working time legislation. A uniform is provided.
