🔍 About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you'll:
1. Manage a complex caseload involving children and families
2. Carry out assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work
3. Provide professional guidance and support to less experienced social workers
4. Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for children
5. Ensure all work meets statutory requirements and local authority standards
✅ What We're Looking For
6. Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
7. Significant experience within Children's Services
8. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation
9. Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions
10. Excellent communication and report-writing skills ✍️
