The main responsibilites are as follows:
* Meaningful engagement with children, young people and families.
* Producing high quality, evidence based assessments.
* Engaging with partner agencies and wider family networks.
* Safety planning
* Producing high quality, SMART interim pland and child in need plans
* Meaningful participation in strategy disucssions
* Undertaking s.47 investigations
* Escalating to ICPC and producing high quality evidence based reports
* There maybe some courtwork undertake,
