£15.60 - £18.17ph dependent on experience and qualifications
Permanent Contract. 40 hours per week.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. As a member of the Senior Team, you’ll promote our resident’s independence, choice, and dignity, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered
2. With the help of your team, you’ll assess each resident’s wellbeing – making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met – always maintaining accurate records
3. Delivering guidance to your team, you’ll lead by example; motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home
4. Overseeing and completing monthly care plan reviews including rewrites
5. Managing the weekly/monthly audits, you’ll ensure they’re completed, and actions followed up
6. You’ll build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about - fostering a sense of community
7. Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, you’ll play an important role in raising the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
8. You’ll hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with experience of working in a care home environment
9. You’re passionate about caring for the elderly and infirm (change as necessary) and have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity
10. An effective communicator who’s able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
11. Someone who’s ready to use their experience to lead, motivate and mentor a team – who’s able to delegate effectively and promote excellent customer service and relationships
12. A respectful and compassionate team player with the belief in giving your personal best
