As a Finance Business Partner based in our Warwick office you'll be responsible for:
* Providing robust challenge and support to the operational / sales business leaders to maximise opportunities & minimise risks.
* Providing, analysing and interpreting management information in order to influence key decisions.
* Monthly sales and margin reviews highlighting key issues and working with the sales team to understand variations to target, and improvements required.
* Track and challenge branch P&L performance. Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimal resource allocation.
* Support the sales teams with new and renewing rebate deals to ensure they encourage growth.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 5.00pm on a hybrid basis 3 days in Warwick, 2 days at home.
And here's what we'd like you to have:
* Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with several years PQE
* Merchant industry knowledge would be advantageous
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in financial modelling
