* Assisting in managing the team at the request of Managers
* Training and coaching team members
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Serving food and drinks
* Ensuring high-quality product preparation
* Putting guests first
* Seating guests
* Being a team player
* Collaborating with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
* Managing floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders

What does success look like?
