The Role:
As the agency continues to grow, they are now looking to expand their in-house team with the addition of a talented and creative Graphic Designer. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the entire creative process — from initial brainstorming sessions to final execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing visually compelling creative concepts for events that align with each client’s brand identity and project objectives
* Developing and applying full brand guidelines for new event concepts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Producing a wide variety of assets, including print collateral, digital content, infographics, branded PowerPoint presentations, and digital advertising banners
* Organising and maintaining creative files and resources — including software, assets, and typography libraries — to ensure efficient project workflows and accurate documentation
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience working within an events or creative agency environment. You’ll have a strong track record of developing original design concepts that align with client briefs and brand identities.
As the role spans both digital and print, you should be confident working across multiple formats and adapting your design approach accordingly. Experience working on large-scale projects including large-format design is essential, as you'll be contributing to high-impact campaigns and events that require precision, creativity, and attention to detail at every stage.
