Oakwood School has the following Support Staff Vacancy
Looked After Children (CLA) Co-Ordinator
25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Surrey Pay Grade S7 - £32,512 - £34,654 FTE (pro-rata £19,423 - £20,703)
Are you passionate about supporting the educational and emotional needs of Looked After Children? Oakwood School is seeking a dedicated LAC Co-ordinator to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee the pastoral and curricular needs of our LAC and Post LAC students. This includes providing support and interventions, implementing small group and one-to-one work, and liaising with carers and external professionals, all under the direction of the Teacher in Charge of LAC.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software.
