What you'll be doing Running your section confidently during prep and service Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to a high standard within a structured catering operation Delivering consistent food quality across a range of service styles, including bulk catering and specialist dietary requirements Supporting junior team members, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety at all times Monitoring portion control, minimising waste, and working efficiently Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What we're looking for Experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up Ability to run a section independently and stay organised under pressure A team-focused approach with the confidence to support and guide others Solid understanding of food safety, including HACCP Consistent delivery of quality food in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a professional attitude Flexibility to adapt within a structured, contract catering environment Why join this role?
