We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various clerical duties, customer service interactions, and office management tasks. Must be computer literate.
Responsibilities
* Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
* Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records
* Assist with office admin duties
* Utilize Microsoft Office by creating documents and spreadsheets
* Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
* Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with admin tasks as needed
* Support administrative functions such as mail distribution, scanning, and photocopying
* Collaborate with team members on various projects while demonstrating strong organizational skills
Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing multiple responsibilities
* Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is desirable
