Overview
We are seeking independent end-point assessors for Healthcare Support Worker (Level 3) apprenticeships, covering various locations including North of England, South West, and South East regions.
As an independent assessor, you will evaluate apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors to ensure they meet industry standards. Conduct assessments onsite or remotely, record outcomes, and support quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in training and standardization activities
* Assess candidates' performance according to assessment criteria

Person Specification
Candidates should be occupationally competent in healthcare, preferably registered, with recent experience in healthcare settings. A formal assessor qualification is desirable, along with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
Minimum Requirements
* UK residency and right to work
* Availability for at least two days per week
* Personal IT equipment, reliable internet, and a secure email account
