The practice are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
1. Relevant Part 1 and 2 Architectural degrees.
2. Assist senior architects and project teams in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
3. Prepare and present design proposals and reports.
4. Prepare and coordinate planning applications and technical drawings.
5. Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
6. Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
7. Experience with 3D modelling and visualiSation tools (SketchUp, Rhino, and/or 3ds Max). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
10. Keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
11. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
