Governance Lead - Operational Resilience

We're seeking a Governance Lead to define and manage resilience policy, process, and controls to strengthen governance within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain resilience policies, processes, and operating model
* Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and internal control frameworks
* Oversee control execution, compliance, and exception management
* Define and track KPIs to measure governance and control effectiveness
* Drive governance maturity, risk identification, and remediation actions
* Collaborate across Technology and Resilience teams to embed best practice
* Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Requirements:
* Experience working with regulatory and risk management frameworks xsngvjr in financial services
* Strong experience in governance, risk, controls, or technology risk management roles
* Proven track record of defining and embedding policy, process, and control frameworks
