Monday - Sunday: Days 8:20-15:50 Nights 21:30-06:30 (nights only on a weekend)
Pet-friendly home (dog present)

Are you a compassionate and reliable care professional looking to develop specialist clinical skills? We’re recruiting a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 care for an individual with complex needs in their own home.
Whether you already have complex care experience or are looking to take the next step from a general care role, full training and ongoing support will be provided—making this an excellent opportunity to grow your career in specialist care.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs
* Help the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home
* Work closely with the family and healthcare professionals
* Provide care across day and night shifts
Specialist Training Provided
You’ll receive full training and competency sign-off in:
* Tracheostomy care
* Suctioning (oral, tracheal & nasopharyngeal)
* Enteral & PEG feeding
* Oxygen therapy
About You
* Basic care experience required
* Complex care experience desirable but not essential
* Kind, patient, and dependable
* Confident working independently and within a wider care team
* Keen to learn and develop new clinical skills
* Comfortable in a pet-friendly home
