About The Role
Own the end-to-end design of assigned product features from discovery through to post release optimisation.
Define user journeys, workflows, and interaction patterns that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to Correla's design system and product strategy.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate problems, assumptions, and design decisions.
Produce high quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that enable efficient and confident engineering delivery.
Champion consistency, accessibility, and continuous improvement through effective use of the design system
About You
Understands commercial drivers, customer value, and technical constraints, and designs with long-term product scalability in mind.
Demonstrates strong experience designing complex, workflow driven SaaS products, within both B2B and B2C environments.
Designs scalable information architecture and interaction models across modular or multi product platforms.
Plans and conducts effective discovery, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Creates high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes using modern design tools and component libraries.
Collaborates confidently with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and trade-offs.
Uses analytics, experimentation, and AI enabled tools to inform decisions and improve design efficiency.
