As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 2100-0600 each week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £19.53 including shift allowances. You will also receive 21 days holiday (plus bank holiday) increasing to 26 days after 4 years service. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
* Organise small a team, including planning workloads and delegating tasks
* Creating a productive environment using appropriate strategies
* Managing KPI's for team performance with daily review
* Assisting managers in day to day running of operation
* Ensuring all H&S incidents are reported through appropriate platforms
* Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
* Ideally an FLT licence
* MHE experience would be very advantageous
* A willingness to learn and build a new career
* An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
