Machine Operative
?? Ross-on-Wye ?? Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (there is the possibility of some flexibility in hours) ?? Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client's team in Ross-on-Wye. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company specialising in the production of filters and other products.
The Role:
You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitoring product quality to ensure standards are met
* Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Previous machine operating or production experience preferred (but not essential)
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work as part of a team
